Feedback plugin needs an option for http proxy

          Description

          As above. Feedback plugin cannot make http calls in a firewalled environment. If it could use a http proxy then it would help greatly for Enterprise customers which generally have this kind of restriction.

                This should be high priority, since many real-world installations do not allow arbitrary outbound HTTP.
