SSL Parameters for "Create server"

          Description

          Tried to secure a connection to a federated table on a remote server with ssl.
          In the documentation of "create server" there's no option for that.
          Maybe somewhere else?

                It doesn't seem to be possible now. I've reclassified this issue as a feature request for the server, it's not a documentation bug.
