RENAME on a SEQUENCE table should raise an error

      Description

      SEQUENCE tables are not renamed, but the RENAME statement doesn't raise any errors/warnings:

      MariaDB [test]> RENAME TABLE seq_1_to_5 TO abc;
      Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
      
      MariaDB [test]> SELECT * FROM abc;
      ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table 'test.abc' doesn't exist
