semisync plugin is not documented

          Description

          Semisync replication plugin is not documented at all. It has a page in KB, but it only says "to use the plugin you need to load it", which isn't very helpful.

          The page should explain what semisync plugin is doing and why. And it should also document the "enhanced semisync" feature of 10.1 (MDEV-162).
