            Hi,

It's a known problem which happens from time to time, when the distribution repository has a higher version of MySQL 5.5 than MariaDB can offer at the moment (this time it's 5.5.43 vs 5.5.42). Unfortunately, currently there is no good solution for that, but there are various workarounds, you can choose whatever works best for you:

            https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb/installing-mariadb-deb-files/#version-mismatch-between-mariadb-and-ubuntudebian-repositories

MariaDB 5.5.43 will be released very soon, then the problem will disappear.
