          Description

          MySQL 5.7 has extended CREATE/ALTER USER syntax to make a better distinction between privilege management (GRANT/REVOKE) and account management (clauses like IDENTIFIED, REQUIRE SSL, MAX_QUERIES_PER_HOUR, etc)

          We should support this syntax too
