tokudb fails to buld w/o zlib1g-dev

          Description

          The error looks like

          Linking CXX shared library libft.so
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lz
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [storage/tokudb/ft-index/ft/libft.so] Error 1

          probably this happens because storage/tokudb/ft-index/ft/CMakeLists.txt has the line

          target_link_libraries(ft LINK_PUBLIC z)

          while it should be using ZLIB_LIBRARY instead
