On RBR, extend the PROCESSLIST info to include at least the name of the recently used table

          Description

          When RBR is used, add the db.table name to the "SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST" command output.

          Something like: table name - and the operation it is doing like: INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE/TRUNCATE will be good enough.
