      Description

      In MariaDB 10.0.14 and higher, the following expressions return inconsistent values.

      SET NAMES utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_ci;
      SELECT 'a' = BINARY 'A'; /* yields 1, expected 0 */
      SELECT BINARY 'A' = 'a'; /* yields 0, expected 0 */

      The problem occurs when 'a' has a case insensitive utf8 collation.
      MariaDB 10.0.13 does yield 0 in both cases.
