      Description

Restoring a dump failed because it contains the read only pbxt system schema

Tested on 5.2.4-rpl but should present for all release

Suggest fix : move those table to information plugins or add extra API call for storage engines api to register non backupable tables

The dump loading fails with a rather weird error "Unknown table 'location'".
However, since PBXT is not maintained any longer, apparently nobody will ever fix it.
In regard to the general API-related request, I suppose when another (alive) engine with such problem appears, it can be raised again.
