Docs: innodb_fake_changes also has SESSION level

          The description in KB says that innodb_fake_changes is a global variable, in fact it can also be changed on a session level.

          I know that Percona's docs say GLOBAL too, but there is a bug about it https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-server/+bug/1133348 which apparently will never be fixed.
