build mariadb with cyassl

          For licensing reasons it's desirable to be able to build MariaDB with CYaSSL insead of OpenSSL

                This doesn't seem to be possible now, CYaSSL (or, at least, CYaSSL OpenSSL compatibility layer) is missing some functions that we use. Work-in-progress patch is attached

                As per discussion with Sergei Golubchik, downstream Debian will continue to use bundled YaSSL and upstream mariadb.org packages will continue to use OpenSSL.
