          Description

          Currently queries that do not support progress reports are shown with 0.000 in the progress field of SHOW PROCESSLIST . This is misleading, such queries should show NULL or an empty string in this field.

                The main reason it doesn't show NULL is that I didn't want to make the column NULL:able as NULL generally makes things harder for the clients.

                If a lot of people wants this to be NULL, then I can change it
