          Description

          Run this SQL script in a UTF8 console:

          SET NAMES binary;
SELECT 'aa','aä','äa','ää';

          The output is:

          +----+-----+-----+------+
| aa | aä  | a   |      |
+----+-----+-----+------+
| aa | aä  | äa  | ää   |
+----+-----+-----+------+

          Column names for the third and the fourth columns are wrong.
