The crash happens in join optimizer, but the reason is EITS:
(gdb) p table->cond_selectivity $19 = -nan(0x8000000000000)
Debugging further, looking at calculate_cond_selectivity_for_table, I see
(gdb) p table->quick_rows
$28 = {2, 6, 3, 0 <repeats 61 times>}
(gdb) p table->stat_records()
$29 = 2
Because of that, we have:
(gdb) print quick_cond_selectivity $30 = 3
which is not the cause of this crash, but still is a problem.
The real problem is this code in calculate_cond_selectivity_for_table()

this causes NaN number as selectivity.
Still repeatable after fixes for
MDEV-6442,MDEV-6738.
