Fix mysqldump SST method to transfer binlog state to the joiner

          Description

          In mysqldump galera SST method, if nodes are started with log-bin and log-
          slave-updates, the GTID on the joiner shoots as the dump for all databases
          in donor is replayed on the joiner node.

          As a result of which - after the SST completes and the joiner in synced - the
          donor and joiner nodes end up in different binlog states and hence same
          transactions may get different GTIDs.

          The GTIDs on both the nodes should be consistent after the SST.
