CentOS missing lsof as dependency for MariaDB-Galera-server

          Description

          PROBLEM: wsrep_sst_rsync fails due to lsof missing. wsrep_sst_rsync times out and then silently dies and then the mysql process terminates.

          RESOLUTION: lsof needs to be added as a dependency for MariaDB-Galera-server. This will trigger lsof to be installed by yum when you install MariaDB-Galera-server.
