MariaDB 10 packages for Ubuntu 12.04 do not include TokuDB

          Description

          The 12.04 MariaDB 10 packages do not currently include TokuDB.

                From the precise box:

                – Running cmake version 2.8.7

                (I believe gcc is also lower than needed, but it's not indicated in the buildbot log).
