Description
Apparently, mariadb-galera-server-10.0 is missing mysqld, which causes the issues with completing the installation (restart can never be completed) because any launch of mysqld_safe gives a "/usr/sbin/mysqld: unknown option '--wsrep-recover'" error.

Yes, deb packages were removed intentionally.
RPM packages and bintars are still available and are expected to be functional.
Fix has been pushed to maria-10.0-galera.
Just an update on this issue. It appears the repositories now do not contain the package at all anymore. I'm not sure if this is intended because it was broken.
