Improve processlist reporting of replication threads

      Description

The "state" and "command" reported by SHOW PROCESSLIST for replication threads
      is lacking.

Improve it so that DBAs can see more precisely what the threads are doing.

For the SQL thread, "Command" could be "execute" when replicating row events,
and "sleep" when waiting for new events from the IO thread. State could be
      "execute row events".

The mechanism for updating THD states for processlist is changing with merge of P_S stages into 10.0.

So seems easier to wait for that code to be merged before doing this - it's not urgent.
Might also be easier to do it after merge of multi-source replication.
