      Description

It would be very cool if it would be possible to track also denied connections when max_connections, max_user_connections (global) or max_user_connections (local) is reached. Currently, there is item 'DENIED_CONNECTIONS' in user statistics which is only tracking when user is using invalid host name or password. Even more, it would really help us if connections denied by connection limits is tracked in separated item in user statistics so we can show our customers that they need to raise their limits.

I believe, a simple audit plugin should be able to do that with no changes to the server.
