5.5 have_32bit.inc doesn't work

          Description

          have_32bit.inc always fails, have_64bit.inc always succeeds. all platforms are detected as 64-bit.

                  broke it.

                  Changing sort_buffer_size from ulong to ulonglong in particular.

                  The question is why only this set of variables was changed? And which to use to detect the 32 bit...
