Partitioned spider table break after upgrade from 10.0.4 to 1.0.6.beta

          Description

          10.0.4-alpha to 10.0.6-beta.

          ccmstats=# show create table stats_url_cur;
          ERROR 1696 (HY000): Failed to read from the .par file

          mysql_upgrade as been run and repair table didi not fixe , Only solution found was to downgrade to 10.0.4 drop the table , upgrade and recreate the table

          Not that non partitioned tables have not been affected by the issue
