create links to repository commits on bugtracker after resolving issue

          Description

          You really should link every bug resolution to repository commit - best on some web interface (like kernel has its own github). How should one find a source code patch with only information that it was fixed... It really discourages bug reporting.

                  Launchpad has no Jira support (and Jira has no Launchpad support), so whatever we do must be a completely custom solution.

                  Like a special user on launchpad, that gets subscribed to relevant trees, and on emails a special script adds a comment to a related jira issue.
