      Description

      Hi!

On CentOS 6, in our 10.0.5 repository, we're missing the TokuDB storage engine. This has to do with MDEV-5027.

On Fedora 18, in our 10.0.5 repository, we seem to be missing the Cassandra storage engine.

We need to fix these discrepancies.

      See:
      http://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/mariadb/mariadb-10.0.5/yum/centos6-amd64/rpms/
      http://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/mariadb/mariadb-10.0.5/yum/fedora18-amd64/rpms/

TokuDB is missing in CentOS6 — this is documented: https://mariadb.com/kb/en/how-to-enable-tokudb-in-mariadb/

TokuDB requires recent gcc and cmake that aren't available in the CentOS 6.

Sergei Golubchik its documented in the bug i referenced (MDEV-5027), but not in the article above. I guess article/KB entry needs fixing.

Why is cassandra missing from 10.0.5 on fedora 18? It was built before...

It is documented in the KB article. There's a box at the top of the page that lists exactly which Linux distributions have TokuDB.
