TokuDB deb packages are empty

          Description

          Filing for the record, I expect there will be no separate packages in the next versions at all.

          mariadb-tokudb-engine-10.0 deb packages appear to be empty. An attempt to install them via apt-get does not cause any errors, but the library does not get installed. The size of the packages is ~2.8 Kb

          Maybe we should upload the libraries for the supported Ubuntu/Debian versions to our FTP or something – for those who want to try it but cannot build from source.

                Just ran into this unexpected empty package myself. The Wiki says to install it directly via the package and one doesn't expect it to be empty. The package should be deleted or include the libraries.
