mysql_tzinfo_to_sql errors with tzdata 2013f and above

          Description

          It seems with timezone-data-2013f and further, the zoneinfo of posix changed from a directory to a symlink of "."
          mysql_tzinfo_to_sql is getting a little confused and is outputting even more errors than in MDEV-749 .

          Attached is the full output error output.

          When importing the sql that is generated, I get "ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 320485: Duplicate entry 'posix/posix/posix/posix/posix/posix/posix/America/Argentina/San_' for key 'PRIMARY'"
