Hi Constantine,
The message suggests you have wsrep_provider=/usr/lib64/galera/libgalera_smm.so somewhere in your config file(s) while you are trying to install a regular server now (10.0 doesn't come with Galera just yet). Please comment all wsrep* options in the config and try again.
