      Description

      mysql> select time('.123'), timestamp('.123');
      +--------------+-------------------+
      | time('.123') | timestamp('.123') |
      +--------------+-------------------+
      | 00:00:00.123 | NULL              |
      +--------------+-------------------+
      

      timestamp('.123') should return '0000-00-00 00:00:00.123' instead of NULL.
