Documentation CREATE SERVER regarding Replication and spider

          Description

          I found out that CREATE SERVER is not replicated to slaves . Is that an architecture decision if yes KB https://mariadb.com/kb/en/create-server/ should be updated .For Spider in storage engine test is also found usage of mysql.servers table , that as well would be nice to document if this plan like this .

                The documentation already states that CREATE SERVER is not written to the binary log.
