Not all new options have been added to mysqld help

          Description

          At least some of new options/variables added during the merge do not appear in mysqld --help --verbose output (while in MySQL 5.6.10 they do).

          I noticed it for log-throttle-queries-not-using-indexes, but possibly there are more.

                why do you think that log-throttle-queries-not-using-indexes was merged? I don't see it in 10.0

                You're right, I must have mixed something up (most likely bad copy-paste of the variable name, checked @@log_queries_not_using_indexes instead of @@log_throttle_queries_not_using_indexes)
