Change mysql.slow_log.event_time from TIMESTAMP to TIMESTAMP(6).

      Description

      According to Sergei, mysql.slow_log.event_time should use TIMESTAMP datatype, not TIMESTAMP(6).

      This should be changed in every place that depends on the type of this column.

      and not only event_time, but every temporal field in mysql.* that has microseconds in 5.5
