We cannot possibly lead you through the process of learning the basics of MySQL/MariaDB usage. While MySQL is a relatively simple database to configure and run, it is not a total beginner's product. You need to have at least some very basic knowledge your OS administration, as well as overall understanding of database concepts.
There are two ways to achieve this.
Most of people do it by reading documentation, literature and various sources which are widely available. Just open google, type in 'MySQL for beginners' and go.
Those who are not willing to do it can attend special trainings or buy support provided by different companies for reasonable price, see for example http://www.skysql.com/category/tags/mariadb-support .
But the problems you keep posting don't require even that, all you need is to read the error messages and follow instructions. If you don't want to do this, there is nothing we can help you with. I cannot even recommend you to join the community in internet forums or specialized chats, as I would normally do to those who are seeking help, because until you make reasonable effort to understand resolve the problems yourself, you won't have any luck asking for assistance from others.
