Wrong explanation of max_query_time in mysqld help

          Description

          Currently help says:

          --max-query-time=#  A SELECT query that have taken more than max_query_time
                      seconds will be aborted.

          In fact, it's much more than just 'SELECT', since it affects pretty much any query.
