mysql-libs in CentOS again

          Description

          in CentOS one can install mysql-libs-5.5 (e.g. as a dependency for php-mysql from the 'remi' repository). This package conflicts on files with our rpms.

          on fedora 17 mysql-libs-5.5 is even in the official repository

                  We also have this old report MDEV-611 which seems to be (somewhat) related but is probably severely outdated.
