Build Windows msi installers for 5.3.10 (GA)

          Description

          Could you please build Windows msi installers for the latest GA version for 5.3.x? I don't want to upgrade to v. 5.5.x just yet.

                Could you please take a look to see why Windows packages are missing and whether you can upload them to the mirrors, or at least let Vasilis know where to take them from in the meantime?

                sorry, it was a hiccup in our build automation and release processing. The packages were actually built , but upload did not succeed.

                For now, I uploaded all packages to our ftp server and they are located at

                ftp://ftp.askmonty.org/public/mariadb-5.3.10-win32.msi
                ftp://ftp.askmonty.org/public/mariadb-5.3.10-win32.zip
                ftp://ftp.askmonty.org/public/mariadb-5.3.10-winx64.msi
                ftp://ftp.askmonty.org/public/mariadb-5.3.10-winx64.zip

                Daniel will upload packages to usual mirrors in couple of days.
