cmd-line-utils/libedit/chartype.h:52 add && !defined(_OpenBSD_)

cmd-line-utils/libedit/np/unvis.c:67 and cmd-line-
utils/libedit/np/vis.c:80 add semicolon after
__weak_alias(strnunvisx,_strnunvisx)

mysys/my_getsystime.c:127 use CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID instead of
HAVE_CLOCK_GETTIME

plugin/handler_socket/handlersocket/hstcpsvr_worker.cpp needs #include
<sys/types.h> before netinet/in.h

sql/mysqld.cc:2681 need an #ifdef HAVE_STACKTRACE here and an #endif
around line 2701 because opt_stack_trace is undeclared
